of the conference, as stated by Sophia in her presentation, as the unusual amongst the common; was creating the ".africa" domain that took everyone by surprise including the Deputy PM, and the Governor of Central Bank who spent a good amount of time of his closing summary on paralleling the concept of the initiative to that of Nakamura's dreams of a United Africa! and to contact DCA for more information.
